And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14).
When the Lord Jesus said “this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world... and then shall the end come,” He wasn’t merely making a prophetic statement; He was also giving us a divine instruction to preach the gospel. We don’t have so much time left before the Master returns and we must work faster and smarter than the apostles did. Science and technology have made the whole world a global village; now you can reach millions of people from one spot. This is why we as believers must take our evangelistic work to the next level. It’s time for cutting-edge evangelism. Gone are the days when we relied only on door-to-door preaching. The fast-paced world of today requires that we get the gospel to the people wherever they are, on the go.
There is so much negative information passed across to people everyday, so if you want to impact nations and continents with the gospel, you’ve got to take advantage of technology. Television, satellites and the internet are now indispensable tools in getting the gospel across to millions in the world. This is why as an individual you must make up your mind to be big financially. God said “my cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad” (Zechariah 1:17). The reason God empowers His children financially is so they can fund the preaching of the gospel.
Getting the gospel out through every available means requires lots of money; therefore you must commit your resources to sponsoring the gospel big-time. Start giving financially to world-evangelization at the level where you are now, no matter how small. Soon, the Lord will cause all grace to abound towards you so you can do much more.
