If you have faith in God and don’t doubt, you can tell this mountain to get up and jump into the sea, and it will (Mark 11:23 CEV).

I get amazed at folks who say they know the Bible says something, yet they're not acting on it. For example, a Christian says, “I know the Bible says “by His stripes we were healed” but he's lying down sick. That's weak faith. Weak faith is the result of ‘lack of exercise’ of faith; the result of not acting on the information you've received from God’s Word. It's like a fellow who keeps eating but does no exercises; his muscles will grow big but weak. In the same manner, God's Word is food to your spirit. If you keep receiving God's Word and do nothing with it, your faith will be weak. Weak faith causes people to stagger, and as a result, fear grips them and they're defeated by the crisis of life. The cure for weak faith is acting on the Word-acting on the in formation you've received. If you want your faith to be great and strong, start doing the Word! For example, the Bible says, “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you" (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Put this to work in your life. Give thanks in every situation! Let your life become an unending stream of praise and thanksgiving to God.
Tell yourself, The Word of God says, “By His stripes we were healed”, therefore, I refuse to be sick. I refuse to lie down on the sick-bed or remain in a wheel-chair or go about with crutches, for I’m the healed of the Lord!” That's acting on the Word. For your faith to become strong and not weak, and to produce results, you must be a 'doer’ of the Word. You must take God's word as the ‘reality’: the only truth to live by in every circumstance of life.
